Picture
uneven layers of brick laid street,
we waver and bump along,
swirling our cloudy days into sleepless nights,
and sing in reverse about fire lamps that kept the warmth,
there are a mafillion lines left to write,
street bricks left to pave,
all the wise construction workers laying square stone blocks,
building their own escape,
to the middle of everywhere
