bridge fires,
keep burning through and through,
ashes to charcoal tear droplets,
swept under the folding time,
the horizon line,
the exponentially growing tide,
coming in on the shore,
wash away all the sun spots and scared skin,
eroding the sacred mystic temple,
kneeling down beside the pool of rubble,
